Shifting demographics, advances in technology and pedagogy, new labor market demands, and growing competition come together to form a landscape that institutions are now forced to navigate, often with an uncertain sense of where they should take their next steps. But time is a precious commodity, and the world we think we’re preparing for is already here, or even behind us. Increasingly, we find that the future was yesterday.
